Tom's Custom Floors, Tinley Park, IL
I recently had Tom and his staff install flooring throughout my entire basement. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and the quality of their work. They were on time, efficient, and highly respectful. They made the process easy and seamless. I got multiple quotes before deciding to go with Tom, and I am glad I did. His prices are as good as the quality of his work. I will be hiring them again in the future.

These guys are just Awesome!!!! I reached out to Tom after checking out nearly a dozen other flooring guys and private contractors.All of them never gave a clear estimate or did not even explain what all work needs to be done.Tom showed extreme patience and also did explain the work in detail, what materials to buy and how much it will cost in detail. I have to mention Mike and Francisco they came early in the morning and never even took a break, they did an amazing job and the floors look great. I'm extremely happy and want to suggest if anyone is looking for flooring these guys are the best! Five stars from my side!!!!

The experience was good, the work quick, efficient and very fairly priced, and in my case a life-saver to ensure my pending home sale and relocation timeline was able to stay on course. I had a water leak from my kitchen into my finished basement ruining about 40 boards of laminate flooring. Worse still, I found the leak after returning from Indianapolis and bidding on a new home, leaving me unable to sell my Chicago area home until the leak was fixed and repairs made. I had the old flooring removed as part of a plumbing / damage repair and the plumbing company dried the basement out, but I desperately needed a contractor to install the flooring so I can list for sale. Tom responded to me immediately and did an estimate quickly, scheduling the repair (his guys worked hte weekend to fit me in) while I was still in the Tinley Park area. As I am relocating to Indianapolis timing was everything and his team did a bang up job restoring and refinishing the damaged area to conform with the rest of the flooring.. My home is now able to be listed for sale thanks to the great repairs done.

I needed someone to put new floors in my office within a certain time frame. I called several companies, got several quotes and chose Tom's Custom Floor. Why? The owner Tom came out to do the estimate, he was knowledgeable but not pushy, and explained choices. The floors came out beautiful. Workmanship was impeccable and Tom's work crew were efficient and clean. Everything was done on time and everyone loves the final result. Tom and his crew did a fantastic job! We were getting new flooring installed along with refinishing existing. We went away on vacation while all this was going on and they kept in constant communication with arrival and when they left so we could arm our alarm remotely and sent out pics to us to see progress!
We came home to beautiful floors!! Our existing floor looked brand new and the new flooring looks like it was meant to be there all along..Tom was very reasonably priced and committed to a time to start the project and kept his word..highly recommend!!

Hired them after bidding a few places and others not following up. Tom came to my house and I told him I had the supplies. He said he was slammed and set a date for dec 12th (About 3 weeks). I said let's do it. Mine was a tear out of tile for about 700sf and lay a base underlay then vinyl in our laundry room. I thought he was backed up because he was going to have him and one other. He said he'd be at job at 0800. It snowed bad that Sunday and he was on time. To my surprise he had a crew of 6. All friends all good guys. They knocked it all out in 6 hours. Clean friendly and best of all very very good craftsmanship. He also had the best quote by about 10 percent. No overhead I'm guessing and he is a great guy not looking to rip off but network. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

I've had other work done in the past, but never with the precision, caring and willingness to go the extra mile. Tom is a true professional and showed real integrety by keeping his word and giving a great job with fair price for the customer. His employee, Michael, is a true artist with flooring! I called Tom about two weeks before Christmas to install new flooring in our home. I was looking to have the floors done for the holiday and he was very accommodating. We used his wholesale company and ordered the materials. Tom set a date to come out And install right after wood came in. Michael and Jake came to the house to install and were very professional and respectful of our home while working. Tom installed our new Pergo Kitchen flooring and trim as well as the tiles for the back splash in out kitchen. Tom's Custom Floors recently completed the installation of laminate flooring in one of our bedrooms and the living room. This is the third job that Tom has done for us over the years. His workmanship is outstanding and the price we paid for the work was very reasonable. Tom said the job would take three days to complete including the removal of the old wall-to-wall carpeting and he completed the job right on time. He and his crew are very courteous and will do everything to ensure that you the customer are completely satisfied with the finished product. My wife and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality work.
